Sea Level Health Fair Open House

Carteret Medical Group – Sea Level, February 24th

Sea Level’s Carteret Medical Group will host a free health fair, open house and lunch on Wednesday, February 24 from 11:30am until 2:00pm at CMG- Sea Level, Hwy. 70. Dr. Curtiss Merrick, CMG staff, along with hospital pharmacy, home health and diabetes staff will be participating as a way to give back to our community and celebrating the newly remodeled patient care area.

Free health screenings will be offered including blood pressure checks, blood sugar checks and cholesterol. Bring your medications for a complete medication reconciliation with pharmacy staff and receive a free medication record.

The Health Fair will provide education on common chronic illnesses such as diabetes, stroke and cardiovascular health along with home health, hospice and telehealth services available at Carteret Health Care in Morehead City.

Come see the updated office, meet Dr. Merrick and the other CMG- Sea Level professional staff and get a quick check of some of your basic healthcare metrics. There will be opportunities to learn more about the services offered in Sea Level while enjoying a light lunch beginning at 11:30am.
