General Radiology
The General Radiology department is equipped with state-of-the-art radiology imaging technology. General x-ray procedures as well as arteriography and fluoroscopic procedures are provided by a qualified staff of Board Certified Radiologists and
Registered Radiology Technologists. Inpatient and emergency studies are available twenty-four hours a day. Outpatient procedures are scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
Mammography
Mammogram services are provided through staff and equipment that are accredited by the American College of Radiology. The accreditation signifies the equipment meets stringent technological and diagnostic criteria, and the staff has passed a rigorous national certification exam.
Nuclear Medicine/Ultrasound/MRI/CT
The Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, MRI and CT services are accredited by the American College of Radiology. The accreditation signifies the equipment meets stringent technological and diagnostic criteria, and the staff has passed a rigorous national certification exam. These advanced diagnostic technologies provide detailed images of the heart, lungs, kidneys, and major blood vessels and bone to identify many kinds of disease processes with speed and accuracy.
These highly specialized studies can provide very early detection of many conditions so treatment can be more effective due to the excellent quality of the images produced.
All staff are specially trained and qualified in the techniques and technology of this sophisticated equipment.
