About Dr. Wertman

Board certified in orthopedic surgery with a subspecialty in hand/upper extremity surgery, Dr. Gary Wertman is a graduate of Penn State University and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

During his fellowship training, Dr. Wertman had the unique opportunity of using sports medicine to treat a variety of upper extremity injuries in professional athletes within the greater Charlotte area.
