Details: Join us at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 405 Cedar Street, Beaufort on May 4th fora free Community Health Fair. Health Screenings being offered are blood pressure and Pulmonary Function Testing. Also offering Advanced Care Planning, healthy cooking, hands only CPR, stroke prevention, heart health, medication reconciliation and more. Free drawings. Look for our mobile health unit. Questions?
