Shadow Experiences

Program Requirements for Job Shadow Experiences (Without Direct Patient Care)

Anyone interested in job shadowing at Carteret Health Care can coordinate this experience by emailing studentprograms@carterethealth.org. Our student coordinators will provide the required documentation that must be submitted TWO weeks prior to the scheduled shadow date. Availability and length of shadow experience is dependent on Director/Department approval.

Everyone shadowing with Carteret Health Care must review and sign the following documents before being cleared to attend their shadow experience:

• Student Exhibit A - Contract for Shadowing Experience (this form requires providing proof of current immunizations)
• Photography Release Form
• Student Observer Guidelines
• Confidentiality, Privacy, & Data Security Attestation
• Carteret Health Care HIPAA & Compliance Agreement.
